WHAT TO EXPECT AT A BIZMIXR EVENT
FOR ATTENDEES - The events are held during weeknights from the hours of 4:30pm until 8:30pm. The venues will change and will be included in the event detail section when you are purchasing your ticket. All professionals are welcome. Professional or business casual attire is required for entry to the events. Upon arrival to the event you will be checked in by one of our event concierges. We will confirm you registration to the event and provide you with your drink tickets. Professional conduct is required and anyone who does not observe such conduct will be asked to depart. The events are sponsored by area corporations who are eligible for displaying their brands, logos, offering a presentation to the attendees or providing materials to the attendees. The attendee list is shared with the corporate sponsors since they subsidize the cost of the events. We recommend bringing print or digital business cards to all events.

FOR SPONSORS - Sponsors are entitled an attendee list to the events that they sponsor. This list will include name, phone and email address. You are entitled to make a 15-20 minute presentation about your company and offering during the event. You are also entitled to provide business cards, handouts or other materials to the attendees. Your name and logo will be included in promotional materials at and leading up to the event. We recommend arriving at the venue 15-20 minutes before the start of the event to setup your materials. You are free to interact with all event attendees and offer them a business card.
